We are strategy oriented distressed property consultants with years of experience closing on short sales/all phases of foreclosure prevention, and all types of distressed property situations.

With decades of combined experience in mortgages and real estate, we were contracted as (SME’s) Subject Matter Experts/Auditors to work on highly sensitive projects mandated by the Federal Government during the foreclosure crisis of 2008. 

Our work helped to formulate the laws currently on the books that are being used by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB). 

This gives us an extremely competitive edge in knowing how to properly position our client’s files with their Lenders. We are currently negotiating short sales AND normal sales of homes in foreclosure, with a system that allows our clients to have a better experience than moving out in the middle of the night for fear of a foreclosure related Sherriff's eviction.

We have over 18 years of PROVEN success in closing these complex sales. We have coached many Real Estate Industry professionals over the years as well as assisted/coach other Real Estate Agents on how to properly execute their short sales as well. We are the GO-TO source for all things foreclosure, and all types of distressed property situations!
